PROCESSING TIME
Works of art take time and delicacy to produce, after you have sent your custom email and I have replied with the custom colour selection to choose from please place your order via the site, the process will then begin
As every order is special and handmade by myself custom orders take 10-14 days / but in most cases will be less time
Once I have made your item/items you will then receive a dispatched notification email to let you know your order is on its way.
SHIPPING
Standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail service (please allow up to 2 working days for delivery from the date of your dispatched confirmation email)
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Overseas items are shipped via Royal Mail tracked and signed so items are not lost.
